Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this platform as an account holder.
Your account
- You give us an address that reaches you. Decisions about your account and your work are sent there, and confirming it is what unlocks applying as a creator.
- Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password. Tell us if you think somebody else has it; signing out everywhere is available in the portal at any time.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to evade a suspension, inflate views or claim rewards more than once may be closed.
What you may not do
- Upload or submit material you do not have the rights to.
- Attempt to inflate view counts, rewards or earnings by any means other than people genuinely watching.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to reach data belonging to other accounts.
What we do
- We review before we publish. Nothing reaches viewers without passing review.
- We keep records. Uploads, decisions, signatures and playback are recorded, because they are what answers a copyright claim or a dispute about what you are owed.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you when we do.
Changes
We may publish a new version of these terms. A new version does not change what you agreed to before it; you will be asked to accept it, and what you accepted and when is recorded.
Ending
You may stop using the platform at any time. Work already published, and the records behind it, are kept — a takedown request is a separate process, described in the Creator Agreement.
